How often do you get new stock in?

If we do not have something you like currently, we do get new stock weekly so we will likely have something for you soon. The second hand nature means we are unable to predict exactly when we will have a particular style/colour/size sofa in stock but rest assured we are always on the look out for new additions for the shop!

Do your sofas have their fire labels?

Yes! We do not stock/sell any sofa or armchair without its fire labels.

What is the delivery wait time?

We typically deliver our sofas 2 - 3 days after purchase. In some cases we can offer next day or even same day delivery depending on our schedule. We can only hold a sofa for up to 7 days after purchase.

What is your delivery process?

We will agree a 1 hour delivery time slot with you, so you do not have to wait around all day for your sofa. We provide a 2 person delivery team to deliver all of our sofas, and they will carry your sofa into your house and place it exactly where it needs to go.

I have seen a sofa I like online, do I need to come into the shop to buy it?

We always recommend that people view our sofas in person, as comfort of a sofa is the most important thing and this can’t be checked online. If you are sure though, you can get in contact with us and we can email you over an invoice which can be paid by BACS online. We can schedule your delivery or collection over the phone as well.

I have seen a sofa I like, can you hold on to a sofa for a long period of time before it is delivered?

We can only hold a sofa for up to 7 days after purchase, as we are a small shop with limited storage capacity. Fear not though, we are always on the look out for new stock and always have a variety of sofas on offer. We will likely have something very similar to what you want closer to when you need!

Can you let me know when you have something I want in stock?

We get inundated with requests for certain types of sofas, we operate on a first come, first serve basis, as we believe that is the fairest way to operate. The best thing to do is to keep an eye out on our website and Facebook page for new arrivals and let us know as soon as you can if you want the sofa.

Are you able to take my old sofa away?

We buy sofas to sell in our shop. If your old sofa is in good condition, please get in contact with us as we may take it depending on style/brand/condition. We cannot take any sofas that are damaged or need disposing of.

What do you use to clean your sofas?

To ensure your sofas are as close to new as possible we use a 5 step intensive cleaning process on all of our sofas. We cannot divulge exactly what this process is, as that is a family secret formula :)

Do you offer payment plans?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer payment plans, sofas will need to be paid for in full when delivery is finalised.

Will you come to my house to clean a sofa I already own?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer this service. As a small business, we do not have the resources or time to offer this service.
